If you are looking to lose a couple of pounds and take my fitness to the next level as well as to try to turn back the clock a little. You should order the much talked about and often reviewed P90X program and use it as a main motivator for working out. As soon as you place the order you will promptly receive the DVD set, the work out sheets and the meal plan and just pick a “D-Day” to begin my program and your transformation. The first Quick tidbit of information that will help you get the most form the program is that you should look over the work out sheets of your chosen program before you begin your work outs, this way you can be sure you have all the necessary items handy to use your work out time as efficiently as possible.

The P90X has a few very basic but very efficient exercises. Starting with push up’s. Don’t stress if you can’t do a bunch right away, push up’s are hard the elbows & shoulders so start with your knees on the ground if you have to and work your way up to doing them the old fashion way. Your Elbows will thank you.

The next exercise is the chin up’s. Always use a chair to support yourself to start with. Again, if you haven’t seen the inside of a gym in a while, don’t sweat it. Start slow and use a chair the whole time if you have to, just doing it should be your accomplishment in the first week.

Lawn Mower is another very important exercise in the P90X. Don’t use any weight for the first few times through the Chest and Back routine, the Idea is to begin slow and work your way up. Some sort of power bands would be of good use for this too.
